The seminar in Buenos Aires
Buenos Aires holds a special place in the Sensory Energetics story. Dr. Daniel was born in Misiones, Argentina, and the city has since become home to a growing community of students and facilitators, like Anto, who led her first group session there.
Sensory Energetics is not learned by reading about the body. It is learned by feeling it.
What a Sensory Energetics seminar covers
Every seminar is built around direct experience. Participants learn in demonstrations, in pairs and in the group:
- Sensory awareness: noticing breath, tension and subtle sensations, and how the nervous system responds.
- Kyusho: working precisely with the body's vital points, a discipline Dr. Daniel has studied since he was 17.
- Qigong and breath: simple movements to feel and regulate energy.
- Contact and contactless work: partner techniques for releasing tension and supporting balance.
- Self-practice: tools to keep using at home after the weekend.
