The work combines somatic exploration, neuroscience, bioenergetics, sensory awareness, and principles inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Because much of the learning happens through direct bodily experience, our main trainings are designed to take place in person.
There is a difference between understanding an idea and experiencing it through your own body.
During an in-person training, participants have the opportunity to observe sensations, explore different practices, work with partners, receive guidance, and develop greater awareness of their own responses.
