What is Sensory Energetics?
Sensory Energetics activates the body's sensory pathways to release tension and restore natural flow, helping the nervous system regulate and the body process what it has been holding.
It works where most approaches don't reach: the meeting point of physical sensation, energy flow and the nervous system's response. The results are felt, not only understood.
Meridian pathways, the flow of Qi and the energetic map of the body, applied through precise touch and awareness.

Sensory Energetics and other therapies
Many people find us while looking for massage, acupuncture, Reiki or trauma therapy. Here is how a session with Dr. Daniel is different.
Compared with massage therapy
Massage works the muscles with long strokes and pressure. Sensory Energetics uses precise contact on sensory and pressure points to change how the nervous system holds tension, so the release goes deeper than the muscle.
Compared with physiotherapy and chiropractic
These focus on joints, alignment and mechanics. A Sensory Energetics session has no manipulation or cracking: the body is guided to let go by itself, through the nervous system.
Compared with osteopathy and craniosacral therapy
Like craniosacral work, the touch can be very light. Sensory Energetics adds the meridian map of Chinese medicine and Kyusho pressure points, and works actively with breath, movement and natural tremors.
Compared with acupuncture and acupressure
Same map of meridians and points, but no needles. Points are activated by touch, sound and movement, and you feel the response in your body during the session.
Compared with Reiki and energy healing
Sensory Energetics also works with the body's energy field, but it is physical and felt: real contact, real sensations, and a method rooted in martial arts, Chinese medicine and neuroscience.
Compared with Somatic Experiencing and trauma release
Both work with the nervous system and what the body holds. Sensory Energetics reaches it through the body first, with touch and energy work, rather than mainly through talking.
Compared with Qigong and Tai Chi
Qigong is part of the method. In a private session Dr. Daniel works on you directly, then gives you Qigong practices to keep the results going at home.
Compared with breathwork and meditation
Breath and awareness are used during the session, combined with hands-on work, so you are not doing it alone: the body is guided into the state.
Sensory Energetics is a complementary, holistic method. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and does not replace care from your doctor or therapist.

How long is a session?
Each private session lasts two hours, one to one with Dr. Daniel.
Single session or the pack?
A single session is a deep, focused experience. The three-session pack lets the work build from one session to the next, which gives deeper patterns time to surface, and saves you €2,500.
Where do sessions take place?
Dr. Daniel travels constantly between countries for his seminars. In-person sessions take place either in the country where he is at the time, or at your home. After booking, the team contacts you to agree the date and place.
Can I have sessions online?
Yes. The VIP membership on Skool includes a private online session with Dr. Daniel every month, together with the Self-Ignition programme and live classes.
Private session or private seminar?
A private session is a healing experience for you. The 2-day private seminar is a training: you learn a complete Sensory Energetics module and receive your certification and licence as a facilitator.
Is a private session a massage?
No. There are no long massage strokes and no oils. Dr. Daniel works with precise contact on sensory and pressure points, energy work, breath and movement, to help your nervous system release tension it has been holding.
Is it like Reiki, acupuncture or craniosacral therapy?
It shares roots with them: the meridians of Chinese medicine and the body's energy field. But it is a method of its own, built from Kyusho pressure points, Qigong and neuroscience, with no needles, and you feel clear physical sensations during the session.
Does it replace medical or psychological treatment?
No. Sensory Energetics is a complementary method. Keep working with your doctor or therapist, and tell us about any health condition before your session.
Do I need experience with Sensory Energetics?
No. The session is tailored to you, whether this is your first contact with the method or you are already a facilitator.
