This training is an international event with limited slots and requires extensive planning, logistics, and financial commitments in advance.Refund requests will only be considered in cases of compelling and documented circumstances, such as a medical emergency or other serious and unforeseen life event. In such cases, participants must provide supporting documentation with their request. Sensory Energetics (KSE) reserves the sole right to review and determine the validity of the claim.If a refund request is approved, it must be submitted at least 30 days before the event start date, and the refunded amount will be issued minus a 15% administrative fee.Refund requests made within 30 days of the event will only be considered in exceptional cases supported by proper documentation, and approval will remain at the discretion of Sensory Energetics (KSE).If a participant chooses not to attend the event without a compelling and documented reason, no refund will be issued.However, in such cases the participant may:Transfer their participation ticket or spot to a friend or family member; orReschedule their attendance to another KSE training event in any country within one (1) year, subject to availability.In the event of force majeure or external circumstances beyond the control of the organizers  including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, travel bans, pandemics, or other unforeseen global or regional events  the event may be postponed to a new date.In such cases:Event fees will not be refunded.Participants will automatically be transferred to the new scheduled date.If the participant cannot attend on the rescheduled date, they may transfer their spot to another person or attend another KSE event anywhere in the world within one (1) year, subject to availability.
