Tiger Module · Spinal Neural Integration

The spine is the channel. Release it, and the whole body starts communicating again.

A neuromuscular and fascial practice along the vertebral column, designed to release accumulated tension and help your nervous system regulate itself.

The Module

What Is the Tiger Module?

Spinal Neural Integration

The Tiger Module focuses on the spinal axis — the main channel through which the brain communicates with the rest of the body.

Each vertebra is connected to a pair of spinal nerves, which branch into autonomic plexuses responsible for regulating organs, muscles, and glands. When mechanical restrictions build up along this axis, information flows less freely.

By releasing these restrictions and reactivating spinal conductivity, the module works to restore the flow of information between the central nervous system and the peripheral and autonomic networks — strengthening the body's natural capacity to self-regulate.

1
You lie face down
The session takes place on a massage table, in a prone position, to give full access to the spine.
2
Vertebra by vertebra
The facilitator applies specific neuromuscular and fascial techniques along the entire spine.
3
The body recalibrates
Deep tension is released and the nervous system shifts into a state of rest and recovery.

What happens in the nervous system

According to the method's approach, work on the spine stimulates viscero-somatic reflexes, improves neurovascular circulation, and enriches the sensory information reaching the brain.

This activates sensorimotor integration circuits and sharpens proprioceptive signals (the perception of body position) and interoceptive signals (the perception of what happens inside the body).

It also helps balance sympathetic and parasympathetic activity — reducing hypertonicity in deep musculature and supporting recovery through vagal pathways. Over time, these effects accompany the reorganization of cortico-spinal connections linked to posture, stability, and emotional regulation.

Benefits

Benefits of the Tiger Module

A complete neuromuscular recalibration that optimizes the body's ability to communicate, regulate, and maintain internal harmony.

Releases Chronic Tension

Helps release chronic tension and compression that has built up along the spine over time.

Greater Mobility & Fluidity

Enhances spinal mobility and joint fluidity, restoring a fuller, freer range of motion.

Stimulates Organ Function

Works through autonomic pathways that connect the spine to the body's organs.

Relaxation & Regulation

Promotes a state of calm and helps bring the nervous system back into balance.

Posture & Grounding

Supports better posture, a stronger sense of grounding, and emotional equilibrium.

The result: better internal communication and a greater capacity for self-regulation.
