The Dragon Module integrates and synchronises the body's sensory and energetic systems. Practices are done standing, seated and lying down, so the nervous system learns to adapt under different gravitational and sensory conditions.
Breath regulation, postural alignment and micro-rhythmic movements bring the body into one coordinated rhythm.
